Job summary

Oklahoma State University Foundation is seeking a Development Operations Coordinator to provide essential administrative support for the development team in Tulsa. This role coordinates donor engagement activities, assists with reporting and data management, and maintains clear internal and external communications.

The position supports OSU-Tulsa, OSU Institute of Technology, and OSU Center for Health Sciences teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative or coordination experience, preferably in nonprofit/education.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or donor management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the development team.
• Coordinate donor engagement activities and meetings.
• Assist with reporting, data management, and briefing materials.
• Maintain internal and external communications and calendars for DOs.
• Support donor visit logistics and unit events with the Stewardship Team.
