You will coordinate personalized letters, ceremonies, and reports, ensuring timely donor recognition across OSU units. The role supports donor engagement campaigns, stewardship outreach, and the management of giving societies, collaborating with colleges and Deans’ offices to reflect donor impact.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage donor acknowledgement and stewardship communications.
• Experience coordinating donor engagement initiatives and campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage the unit-based acknowledgement process and donor recognition across OSU system.
• Coordinate stewardship communications including letters and emails; maintain contact reports.
• Support donor engagement campaigns (Giving Tuesday, Give Orange, crowdfunding), and unit communications.
• Coordinate donor giving societies activities, membership tracking, and recognition efforts.
