Job summary

ResCare Community Living, part of the Sevita family, is seeking a Program Supervisor to guide ISP implementation and oversee staff. The role blends direct support with supervisory and administrative duties to help individuals live more independently.

You will supervise Caregivers, assist with daily activities, meals, medications, and transportation, and coordinate community outings. A High School diploma and valid driver’s license are required, with growth opportunities within Sevita’s

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year related work experience.
• 18 years or older with a valid driver’s license, registration and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ISP implementation and participate in staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
• Supervise a team of Caregivers.
• Provide support including daily activities, meal planning, medication administration, and personal care.
• Duties split between direct support, program activities, and supervision.
• Coordinate community outings and transportation for participants.
