Job summary

Amego Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional to assist individuals with daily routines, activities, and programs in a supportive environment.

The DSP will implement clinical, educational, and vocational plans, collect data, and maintain daily logs. Part-time and full-time positions are available; a high school diploma or equivalency and a valid driver’s license are required, with a college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency is required.
• Active and valid Driver's license is required.
• College degree or previous experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily routines and schedules.
• Implement clinical, educational, and vocational programs.
• Record accurate data in logs and observe behavior.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and follow cleaning schedules.
• Transport individuals to activities and operate company vehicles.
• Attend trainings and uphold human rights protections.
• Collaborate with team and communicate with families and caseworkers.
• Follow PBS principles and report to supervisor.
• Maintain MAP Certification and health care procedures.
