Qualifications

• Requires a minimum high school diploma or GED.
• Active driver’s license required; college degree preferred.
• Ability to follow daily schedules and program plans.
• Strong data collection and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement daily clinical, educational, and vocational programs.
• Follow daily schedules and participate in recreational activities.
• Observe and record accurate data for educational plans.
• Maintain logs and sign off on updates.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized environments.
• Attend team meetings and communicate effectively.
• Transport individuals to activities and drive company vehicles.
• Complete required trainings and certifications.
• Protect individuals' rights and report safety issues.
