Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree or prior experience preferred.
• Active and valid driver’s license required.
• Experience with data collection and daily logs is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement clinical, educational and vocational programs daily.
• Assist in carrying out tasks and daily routines according to schedules.
• Observe and record data for programs and update daily logs.
• Read daily logs and sign off on updates; record entries as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized environment; follow cleaning schedules.
• Assist in transporting individuals to activities; may drive company vehicles.
• Attend required trainings and certifications; safeguard individuals' rights.
