Job summary

Amego Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals in their daily routines and programs. The DSP implements clinical, educational and vocational activities and collects data for progress tracking.

This is a full-time role with a focus on safety, dignity, and teamwork. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to participate in trainings and certifications.

Qualifications

• Data collection and accurate daily logs required.
• Strong communication with individuals, families, and team members.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing trainings and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily routines and activities as scheduled.
• Implement clinical, educational and vocational programs.
• Record and read daily logs, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and assist with transportation as needed.
• Attend required team meetings and trainings.
