Job summary

Amego Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Sheridan-Easton, MA. We offer both part-time and full-time positions. The DSP assists individuals with daily routines, implements clinical and educational programs, and maintains data logs.

Responsibilities include data collection, maintaining safety, attending trainings, and supporting individuals to participate in activities while driving company vehicles if required. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a high School diploma or equivalency is required.
• College degree or previous experience is preferred.
• An active and valid Driver's license is also required.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of clinical, educational and vocational programs on a daily basis.
• Assists in carrying out tasks and/or daily routines following established schedules.
• Observes and records data for programs as outlined in the educational plan.
• Reads daily log and updates; signs off upon completion and enters entries as needed.
• Maintains a clean and organized environment and follows cleaning schedules.
• Reports repair needs and maintains a safe environment at all times.
• Attends and participates in team meetings and required program planning meetings.
• Maintains positive communication and works as a constructive team member.
• May assist in transport and driving company vehicles.
• Attends, completes, and maintains required trainings and certifications.
• Observes and safeguards individuals' human rights.
