Roles include assisting with daily living, accompanying clients to activities, and offering mentorship and companionship in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• One year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
• Reliable transportation to drive clients to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals participate in community activities and social events.
• Provide encouragement, mentorship, and meaningful companionship.
• Support personal care needs, including dressing and grooming.
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, and community outings.
• Empower individuals to reach their goals and live as independently as possible.
