BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Pennsylvania locations including Jersey Shore, Lock Haven, Williamsport, and nearby areas. You’ll build meaningful one-on-one connections with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, offering compassionate companionship and support for independence.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Reliable transportation to support client needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage in hobbies, activities, and meaningful moments.
• Support daily living tasks and routines.
• Encourage community engagement and social connection.
• Provide personal care with dignity and respect.
• Provide transportation for appointments and outings.
