Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Disability services experience preferred but training is provided.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with clean driving record per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with personal care—dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, bathing.
• Follow individualized care plans and document progress.
• Administer medications per policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
• Support approved behavior strategies.
• Encourage community engagement and participation.
• Some DSP roles may require travel between Residential and Day programs.
