Embracelifeservices in Kingman, AZ is seeking a compassionate HCBS Direct Support Professional to provide personalized assistance in family homes and community settings, helping individuals maintain independence and achieve personal goals through daily living support and community integration.

This full-time/part-time/on-call role offers flexible schedules based on client needs, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to obtain AZ fingerprint clearance.
• Certified CPR/First Aid, Article 9, and Prevention and Safety certifications are required or obtainable.
• Experience with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support mobility and transfers; aid with adaptive equipment.
• Administer medications as prescribed when trained.
• Provide companionship, promote independence, and document progress.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate with families and supervisors.
• Follow safety procedures and incident reporting.
