Job summary

Endeavor DDD Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional in Phoenix to provide compassionate, individualized care for members with developmental disabilities. The role supports daily living activities, skill-building, and community engagement in a warm, patient-focused environment.

Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts, with a collaborative culture that values empathy and dedication. Requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass background

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Demonstrated patience, empathy, and strong communication skills when supporting individuals with special needs.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care and support for members with developmental disabilities.
Foster a safe, nurturing environment that promotes growth, dignity, and independence.
Assist with daily living activities, personal care, meal support, and goal management.
Implement teaching strategies to help members build daily living skills and participate in community activities.
Collaborate with families, guardians, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care.
