Job summary

Kindly is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in homes and communities across New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

DSPs help clients develop life skills, pursue goals, and participate in meaningful activities while following individualized plans. The role emphasizes mentorship, safety, and ongoing training with room for career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and screenings.
• Ability to complete required training and certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Direct Support in clients' homes and communities.
• Help individuals develop life skills and increase independence.
• Assist with daily living tasks, meal prep, budgeting, and transportation.
• Support documentation, progress notes, and compliance with plans and policies.
• Collaborate with supervisors, families, and care teams; participate in trainings.
