Job summary

Mosaic is seeking Direct Support Professionals in Liberal, KS to join a caring team that prioritizes people-first support. You will help individuals learn daily living skills and participate in activities that promote independence and confidence.

You’ll assist with goal setting, monitor comfort and safety, and provide emotional support while helping with basic tasks such as housekeeping, meal prep and laundry. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Desire to make a positive difference; no prior experience required, training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver's license where applicable.
• Daily activity requires standing, walking, bending and lifting as described.
• Commitment to compassionate, person-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Help develop daily living skills and life activities to promote independence.
• Assist clients in identifying and achieving meaningful personal goals.
• Ensure comfort, safety and basic medical, nutritional and personal care needs are met.
