Job summary

Mosaic in Liberal, Kansas is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join our team. In this role, you will help people served develop daily living skills and live as independently as possible, with supportive guidance and a caring approach.

This part-time position offers a starting wage of $14.04 per hour for PT/evening and on-call shifts. No experience required; thorough training provided. A driver’s license may be required where applicable, and work involves physical activity.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver's license required, where applicable.
• No experience required; thorough training provided.
• Ability to perform physical activity including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of daily living skills and life activities.
• Help individuals identify and achieve goals for independent living.
• Monitor safety, health, and personal care needs of those served.
• Provide emotional support and assist with housekeeping, meals, and laundry.
