The role requires strong copywriting, visuals creation, and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining brand standards and driving audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience creating and managing content for digital platforms.
• Strong copywriting and written communication skills.
• Experience with social media management tools and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute marketing campaigns and social media strategies.
• Create and distribute engaging content across social media channels, websites, email campaigns, newsletters, and other digital platforms.
• Write and edit compelling content, including social media posts, captions, promotional materials, and website copy.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all communications.
• Grow and expand social media presence and audience engagement across existing and emerging platforms.
• Develop and manage monthly content calendars to support marketing initiatives and organizational goals.
• Identify and pursue content opportunities that showcase programs, services, events, employees, and organizational impact.
• Monitor social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to enhance audience engagement and reach.
• Recommend content, design, and campaign improvements to increase effectiveness and performance.
• Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content and support digital marketing strategies.
• Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing and social media performance metrics.
• Build positive working relationships with clients and stakeholders to support content development and marketing initiatives.
• Assist with special projects and other marketing-related activities as assigned.
