Job summary

Public Health Management Corporation seeks a Marketing Communications Coordinator to support the Communications & External Affairs team. You will craft content across internal and external channels, coordinate the editorial calendar, and assist with social media strategy and reporting.

You will collaborate with program and subsidiary teams to ensure consistent branding, monitor campaigns, and provide project management support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in communications or related field.
• Minimum of two years of relevant applied experience.
• Experience using project management tools such as Trello, Asana, Monday.com, etc.
• Experience working with social media platforms and scheduling tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.
• Excellent writing and editing abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on internal communications and manage the editorial calendar, with copywriting and creative support.
• Develop content for employee emails, internal news, lobby screens, intranet, and phmc.org.
• Update and manage project tracking tools and the team editorial calendar.
• Lead strategy and execution of PHMC social media messaging, monitoring, and reporting.
• Serve as key copy editor across PHMC and subsidiary materials and reports.
• Support development and execution of PHMC marketing channels and deliverables.
• Collaborate with peers and leaders in creative planning sessions.
• Work with design teams to execute internal/external campaigns and ensure brand consistency.
