The role requires RD registration, state licensure, and the ability to work across multiple buildings. Benefits include education, training, and support, with a competitive hourly pay of $35.00–$40.00.

Qualifications

• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State license in good standing in the practice state.
• RD-eligible and provisional licensure accepted in some locations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in the EMR.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans based on clinical data and comorbidities.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve health outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to CMS, state and federal regulations and company standards.
• Provide coverage across multiple buildings as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
