Job summary

St. Luke’s University Health Network is seeking a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures with emphasis on radiation safety and quality care. Schedule: Tue/Wed/Thu 8 AM-8 PM, on-site at the Wisconsin facility.

Graduate from ARRT-recognized program or registry eligible, with BLS certification within three months. The role requires ongoing education, equipment readiness, and patient education to ensure high standards of diagnostic imaging.

Qualifications

• Graduates from an ARRT-recognized education program, or ARRT registry eligible.
• Must pass registry within 1 year of hire.
• Current BLS certification required within three months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Identify patient and exam and perform diagnostic radiographic services with care and quality.
• Ensure continuity of care and educate patients on radiologic procedures.
• Demonstrate competency with RIS/HIS modules relevant to responsibilities.
• Assist in gathering data for Radiology QA/PI program.
• Maintain equipment readiness and supply availability for the assigned area.
• Adhere to downtime procedures to ensure accurate information for patient care.
• Engage in in-services/continuing education and maintain education binder.
• Provide patient education about examinations.
• Participate in annual peer review of films and relate to patient history.
