Job summary

Movement Mortgage, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee sub-servicer default performance and reporting. You will manage documentation, communicate with business units, and build strong internal relationships while driving efficiency in servicing operations.

The role requires robust mortgage servicing knowledge, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work across varied systems. Hybrid in-office presence in Indian Land, SC is expected 2–3 days weekly.

Qualifications

• Strong default servicing experience with Loss Mitigation/Foreclosure preferred.
• Solid mortgage origination, transfers and servicing knowledge.
• Advanced Excel skills: V-Lookup, formulas, conditional formatting, Pivot Tables.
• Willing to work overtime as required by business needs.
• Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is preferred.
• 2-3 years of loss mitigation and/or foreclosure experience preferred.
• 1-2 years of mortgage loan administration/servicing oversight experience.
• 1+ years in operational reporting and performance improvement.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
• Tech-savvy with ability to operate across varied systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess, manage, monitor, and measure sub-servicer default performance.
• Plan and implement documentation to evidence oversight of sub-servicers.
• Communicate status and performance of sub-servicer with business units.
• Develop positive relationships with internal teams.
• Recommend department needs and address deficiencies.
• Provide analytics support for Servicing; review metrics and systems.
• Provide data support for oversight of Movement’s sub-servicer.
• Understand process workflows and production in sub-servicing.
• Perform sampling, document reviews, reconciliations, and on-site audits.
• Analyze industry and regulatory trends and propose efficiency improvements.
• Produce monthly reporting; ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/ad-hoc reports on mortgage activities.
• Track exceptions, alert management to any issues.
• Use metrics to drive process and performance improvement.
• Support Compliance in audits and regulatory inquiries.
