You will support individuals with skill-building activities, community outings, personal care, and PCSP implementation to promote independence and social engagement.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support during structured daytime program activities.
• Assist with skill-building activities, community outings, and personal care needs.
• Implement PCSPs to promote independence and social engagement.
• Document daily progress and communicate with the team to track goals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized program environment.
• Support participants in accessing community resources and enrichment activities.
