Job summary

Physicians Surgery Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Surgical Tech to join our full-time team. The CST will scrub for procedures, maintain a sterile field, prepare supplies and equipment, and support the surgical team in a multispecialty ambulatory setting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, completion of a surgical technician program or equivalent, state certification as required, and prior ambulatory center experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and completed a surgical technician program or equivalent.
• Certification as required by state and/or center.
• Experience in an ambulatory surgical center is strongly preferred.
• Solid knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic technique.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures and maintains sterile field.
• Prepares supplies, instruments, and equipment for procedures.
• Supports the surgical team and participates in quality improvement activities.
