Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist to join the General Surgery team on a full-time, day or rotating shift schedule. The role supports surgeons and nursing staff, maintains a sterile field, and prepares instruments to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds CST certification, BLS, and a diploma from an accredited surgical technology program, with at least two years of experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
• BLS Certification through the American Heart Association required.
• Minimum 2 years of Surgical Technologist experience.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist during surgical procedures.
• Prepare and maintain sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies.
• Assist physicians and nursing staff with direct patient care activities.
• Ensure surgical rooms are properly set up and stocked before procedures.
• Support daily operations of the surgical department.
• Maintain clinical competencies, certifications, and required training.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and quality standards.

Schedule: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week, Day Shift: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM | Rotating Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Certified Surgical Technologist to join our General Surgery team.
