Job summary

Consolidated Credit Solutions in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in-office from Monday-Thursday 9am-5:30pm and Friday 8:30am-5pm. You will interact with clients and creditors via phone, chat, email and portal, resolving issues and guiding customers toward solutions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients and creditors via phone calls, chats, emails and portal communication.
• Assist clients with questions and provide solutions.
• Process caller requests and provide issue resolution.
• Send educational material responsive to callers' needs.
• Resolve follow-up items related to delinquencies, payoffs and refunds.
• Make outbound calls to resolve creditor and caller inquiries.
