Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Facility Based Crisis Mental Health Therapist. The role involves delivering therapeutic services such as assessments, crisis intervention, and individual or group therapy to individuals of all ages.

The Clinical Professional will coordinate care with internal resources including psychiatry and community support, and work with external bodies such as families and social services to support holistic treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Counseling or a related field.
• Valid licensure to provide mental/behavioral healthcare (LCMHC or LCSW).
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 360, Excel, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Providing therapeutic services including assessments, crisis intervention, individual and group therapy for adults and children/adolescents.
• Treat a wide range of mental health and substance use diagnoses.
• Coordinate care with families, guardians, local agencies, and the community.
