Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a behavioral health field is required.
• Licensure at clinical level preferred (LCSW, LCPC).
• Experience working with couples and families preferred (LGMFT/LMFT).
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and ethical practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, dietitians, and other therapists to provide holistic care.
