Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFC, or related field required.
• Experience working with children and families.
• Provisional license may be required per state regulations.
• Licensed professional status or licensure path pursued.
• Strong ethics and confidentiality commitment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy tailored to client needs.
• Develop crisis and safety plans, relapse prevention, and wellness plans.
• Participate in case consultations, agency meetings, and discharge planning.
• Complete billing, documentation, and insurance authorization forms timely.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, dietitians, and other clinicians.
