NaphCare, Inc. is hiring an experienced Licensed Counselor/ Therapist (LCSWs, LCMHCs, etc.) to join the Arizona Department of Corrections - Tucson team in Tucson, AZ.

The role offers hourly pay ranging from $36.00 to $42.00 based on shift, site needs, licensure status, and experience, with a $7,000 sign-on bonus for full-time employees. Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field required.
• Active, unrestricted licensure in AZ (LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LMHP, LISW, LPCC, etc.).
• BLS/CPR Certification (AHA required).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical mental health experience; correctional healthcare preferred.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and develop interventions.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with mental illness and substance use disorders.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health, and correctional staff to ensure safe patient care.
• Perform and document evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and group therapy.
• Develop educational materials and provide group therapy.
• Monitor compliance with policies and ACA/NCCHC standards.
