Job summary

NaphCare is seeking a Licensed Counselor or Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT, etc.) for the AZ DOC - ASPC Eyman facility in Florence, AZ. Pay ranges from $36.00 to $42.00 per hour, with a $7,000 sign-on for full-time employees.

You will provide counseling and mental health care in a correctional setting, collaborating with healthcare and security staff. Requirements include a Master's in counseling or related field and active AZ licensure, with 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field.
• Active, unrestricted licensure in AZ (LCSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT, etc.).
• Minimum 3 years' clinical mental health experience; correctional healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mental health evaluations and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with medical, mental health and correctional staff to ensure quality patient care.
• Document case files, progress notes, and treatment plans; prepare reports.
• Develop group therapy and educational materials for patients.
• Ensure compliance with ACA and NCCHC standards.
