Job summary
Exos is seeking a Performance Coach for a corporate wellness center. You will lead group exercise classes, assess clients, and design personalized plans to help clients meet health goals.
The role includes one‑on‑one training, motivation, and contributing to incentive and health-promotion programs. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field.
- Current Personal Trainer certification from NASM, ACSM, NSCA or ACE.
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
- Experience leading group exercise classes.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- 1+ years of experience; internships considered.
Responsibilities
- Monitor participants for safety and adherence to plans.
- Lead and instruct diverse group exercise classes for varying fitness levels.
- Conduct fitness assessments and prescribe personalized exercise plans.
- Offer one‑on‑one consultations and motivation to clients.
- Assist with health promotion programs and day‑to‑day fitness facility operations.
- Support additional duties to keep daily operations running smoothly.
