Job Squad is seeking a creative content specialist to write blogs, edit job descriptions, and craft captions for social media. You will help update the website and support a collaborative team across Europe.

This role focuses on clear, engaging copy that informs and inspires candidates and clients, with attention to tone, reach, and content quality in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at minimum B2.
• One other EU language.
• Studying or recently completed a degree in marketing, communication, or similar.
• Comfortable working with digital content platforms.
• Detail-oriented with strong writing skills and creativity.

Responsabilités

• Write blogs that inform, inspire, and attract.
• Create and edit job descriptions.
• Support social media with captions and creative copy.
• Assist with website and internal content updates.
• Contribute ideas to improve tone, reach, and content quality.
