Job summary

Hiebing is seeking a Copywriting Intern to join our Create team in crafting copy that connects brands with people. You’ll work with art directors, writers and other creatives on real client projects, shaping ideas from early brainstorming to polished copy, while building your portfolio.

You’ll contribute to a collaborative environment that values curiosity, fresh perspectives, and a readiness to share unfinished ideas and feedback.

Qualifications

• A portfolio showing writing ability, conceptual thinking and creative potential.
• Strong grammar, spelling and editing skills, with concise writing.
• Ability to adapt tone and style for different brands and audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts with art directors, writers and team members.
• Write and refine copy across channels, adapting to each brand’s voice and audience.
• Bring multiple ideas and build on others’ ideas.
• Use feedback to strengthen thinking and execution.
• Explore AI tools to support research, brainstorming and creative exploration with judgment and craft.
