Qualifications

• Associate degree in parks and recreation, health and human services, senior services, social work, or public administration.
• One year of experience in a community resource center or public-facing service delivery.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
• Valid driver’s license.
• CPR / First Aid certification within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver daily programs, workshops, classes, and events at the Community Resource Center, ensuring activities run on schedule and spaces are prepared.
• Monitor program quality, collect feedback, evaluate outcomes, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Serve as a front-line contact for residents and partners, assisting with navigation of health and human services and access to resources.
• Assist with outreach, events, materials distribution, and communication efforts.
