EightCAP, Inc. seeks a General Program Assistant to support the Foster Grandparent and Senior Companion programs. The role focuses on administrative tasks, data collection, volunteer engagement, and program communications to alleviate local poverty effects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to work within a multi-tasking environment and participate in team efforts.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license with satisfactory driving record and reliable transportation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Provide support to the Project Director and Volunteer Coordinator; assist in coordinating program activities.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Maintain records, collect data, and assist in processing applications and reports.
• Community Engagement: Assist with program communications such as social media, flyers, and brochures.
• Training & Development: Assist in planning trainings, orientations, and volunteer recognition events.
• Performance Evaluation: Assist in annual performance evaluations for volunteers and clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
