Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking a Program Coordinator for Community Housing - Hosanna House. You will coordinate client services and facility operations for housing programs serving homeless individuals, providing case management, referrals, and progress reporting.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four years of experience. The role involves policy implementation, intake oversight, documentation, and collaboration with partners to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Four years of related experience; HUD housing programs experience preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and homelessness context.

Responsibilities

• Develop/oversee case management policies and service delivery.
• Oversee client intake and eligibility verification.
• Provide direct case management including housing retention and referrals.
• Coordinate meetings and training for client groups.
• Maintain accurate client files and program reports.
• Monitor facility maintenance and safety.
• Assist Director with budget and reporting.
• Use databases to monitor outcomes and compliance.
