Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field and PE registration.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience with land development.
• Experience delivering development projects for public/private clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, design, permitting, construction administration, and close‑out phases.
• Serve as primary client contact and project lead for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Develop scope, schedule, and budget; manage changes and invoices.
