Ideal candidates have meaningful commercial litigation experience and meet billable hour requirements (1,800 hours for Associates; 1,600 hours for Partners).

Qualifications

• Meaningful commercial litigation experience.
• 1,800-hour billable requirement for Associates.
• 1,600-hour billable requirement for Partners.
• Portable business is a significant plus (ideally $200K+).
• Interest in developing client relationships and growing a book of business.

Responsibilities

• Handle sophisticated commercial disputes through pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Take meaningful ownership of matters and work directly with clients to gain litigation and trial experience.
