Job summary

Hope Network is seeking a Clubhouse Generalist to support psychosocial rehabilitation in Jackson, MI. As part of a close-knit team, you will share responsibilities across units, assist members in planning daily activities, and promote recovery-oriented, person-centered care in a flexible clubhouse setting.

You will help members pursue meaningful work through Supported, Transitional, or Independent Employment, and participate in outreach to maximize participation and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Personable, positive attitude with ability to deal effectively with people.
• Valid State of Michigan driver's license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Commitment to assigned duties and performance expectations.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Work side-by-side with members doing all unit tasks.
• Encourage members to assume productive roles within the club and community.
• Assist with vocational skill building, applications, interviewing and job coaching.
• Plan activities and perform tasks in clubhouse units including meal prep and clerical work.
• Ensure unit work is completed and support staff in evaluating treatment goals.
