Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in biological sciences/medical technology plus NAACLS-accredited program or equivalent.
• Experience performing routine and specialized clinical laboratory testing is required or expected.
• Ability to collect and prepare patient specimens with proper documentation and handling.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory testing across chemistry, microbiology, hematology, molecular diagnostics, immunology, and immunohematology.
• Interpret and verify results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper specimen collection, handling, preservation, and documentation.
• Maintain quality control, proficiency testing, calibration, and preventive maintenance of equipment.
