• Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory testing across chemistry, microbiology, hematology, and immunohematology.
• Interpret and verify test results; troubleshoot discrepancies and equipment issues.
• Collect, prepare, and evaluate patient specimens with proper handling and documentation.
• Maintain quality control, proficiency testing, and instrument calibration per standards.
