Qualifications

• Prior experience in a law firm, legal intake, or client-facing administrative role preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and empathetic demeanor.
• Proficiency with legal case management software or CRM systems is a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and intake procedures is strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client intake process from initial contact through case onboarding
• Conduct intake interviews with prospective clients to gather case information and assess eligibility
• Accurately enter and maintain client data in case management software
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare and send intake forms, engagement letters, and new client documentation
• Track and follow up on pending leads and prospective client inquiries
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with intake protocols
