Sompo International is seeking a Claims Operations Analyst based in Purchase, NY to support claim file administration, coverage review, and timely processing of transactions. You will partner with Claims professionals and external partners to ensure accurate claims processing and high-quality service.

The role requires solid claims support experience, insurance knowledge, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Preferred 1 year experience in claims support or claims operations.
• Knowledge of insurance policies and coverage forms.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration of claim files and coverage review.
• Deliver responsive service to claims professionals, brokers, clients, and stakeholders.
• Process claim-related transactions and maintain data integrity.
• Manage multiple priorities and drive timely resolution of work.
• Maintain accurate claim information across systems and support payments and reserves.
• Collaborate to support process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
