Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of child welfare experience.
• Investigative and comprehensive case management for abuse/neglect.
• Document case activities within policy timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Initiates timely, face-to-face responses to screened-in reports of alleged child maltreatment.
• Develops and implements safety plans to address safety concerns.
• Conducts assessments to identify safety needs and permanency goals.
• Collaborates with community partners to support children and families.
• Ensures visits and services promote safety, permanency, and well-being.
