Job summary

Nite Lines USA is seeking a Case Manager to support Georgia DFCS in Cherokee County, focusing on Foster Care or CPS investigations. This is a 90-day assignment, with a 9:00am–5:00pm, Mon-Fri, 40-hour workweek.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of child welfare experience. Mileage is reimbursed at $0.725 per mile, and work is primarily in-office with some at-home documentation. The workload may involve DeKalb County and surrounding metro Atlanta areas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 1 year of child welfare experience.
• Ability to work 9:00am–5:00pm, Mon-Fri (40 hours).

Responsibilities

• Initiates timely, face-to-face responses to screened-in reports of alleged child maltreatment and conducts assessments that identify and address safety concerns.
• Addresses safety concerns by developing and implementing safety plans.
• Performs diligent search efforts to locate the child/family and coordinates with care providers.
