Job summary

AWARE Inc. in Helena, MT is seeking a Child and Family Support Specialist for a full-time role starting at $21.00–$26.07 per hour.

The position focuses on helping adults, children, and families become active, vital community members while supporting personal growth. The role collaborates with Clinical Professionals to implement treatment plans and connect clients with Medical, Social, Educational, Vocational, and Recreational services.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a Human Services field preferred; equivalency can be used based on documented work history, education, and volunteer experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to assess clients and families from a strengths-based perspective.
• Ability to work with a variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Clinical Professionals in providing services as assigned and developed through prescribed curriculum lesson plans.
• Spend time with client and family as assigned and/or identified on the treatment plan.
• Assesses client, family and environments utilizing assessment tools.
• Coordinates and conducts the team process to develop a comprehensive Individualized Treatment Plan.
• Provide services to identified children and families to access Medical, Social, Educational, Vocational, and Recreational Services.
