Job summary

AWARE in Anaconda, MT is seeking a dedicated Child and Family Case Manager to join our team. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $22.00 to $27.33 to start and provides a supportive environment focused on community care.

You will provide case management services to clients, collect and review data, participate in treatment planning, and help families access medical, social, educational, vocational, and recreational services.

Qualifications

• A thorough understanding of human services, resources, and tools.
• Assess clients and families from strengths-based perspective and develop theoretical perspective.
• Ability to work with a variety of people.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
