Job summary

Health Solutions West is seeking a Certified Peer Support Professional to join a multidisciplinary team. The role focuses on direct client support, advocacy, mentoring, and recovery coaching for individuals across ages and family networks.

Applicants must hold CO CPFS credential and have or complete 80-hour Peer Support Training. Onsite positions in Aspen include a COLA and comprehensive benefits. Commitment to ethical, client-centered practice is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have lived experience with mental health and/or substance use conditions.
• CO Peer and Family Specialist (CPFS) credential is required.
• Peer Certification is required; training may be completed after hire.
• Prior peer support training or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with mental health and co-occurring challenges.
• Advocate for clients within systems and offer mentoring and education.
• Model recovery and wellness with adults, adolescents, children and families.
• Document progress and maintain adherence to ethical guidelines and EHR entries.
