Job summary

Health Solutions West seeks a Certified Peer Support Professional to work with adults, adolescents, and families in Aspen, CO. You will provide direct peer support, advocate for clients, and model recovery within a multidisciplinary team.

Preference for candidates with prior peer support training or the CO Peer and Family Specialist credential (CPFS). Must have lived experience with mental health or substance use challenges and be able to work onsite with some travel between sites.

Qualifications

• Must have lived experience with mental health and/or substance use conditions.
• CPFS credential or completion of 80-hour Peer Support Training required/provided after hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with mental health and co-occurring challenges.
• Advocate for clients within systems and serve as mentor and educator.
