Qualifications

• BLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA).
• Associate degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic modalities of treatment under supervision by the Occupational Therapist.
• Administer treatments and physical agents as directed by the OT after evaluation.
• Communicate and assist in resolving problems; participate in safety and infection control programs.
